According to the radio Pakistan, the Minister says that our biotechnology economic zone will be the largest set up of south Asia.
He was speaking to the media after the opening ceremony of the National Science and Technology Park held in NUST Islamabad.
While talking to media, he said today we inaugurated the first special technological zone of Pakistan.
He said the park will bring together the academicians, researchers and entrepreneurs so that they can share their experiences and ideas.
He said we are also going to set up a biotechnology economic zone in Jhelum, which will be the biggest economic zone of South Asia.
The Minister said the government will establish eight to ten science and technology economic zones within the next three years.
